About Registration
  • Advance registration is strictly required.
  • One registration per person (duplicate registrations using the same name or email address are not permitted)
  • This forum is intended for Ministry of Defense personnel, relevant government agencies, defense-related experts, and defense-related companies.
  • Please note that admission may be denied depending on the content of the pre-registration (admission screening).
  • Applicants must submit their purpose of visit and job description personally.
  • Only those whose applications are deemed appropriate after screening will be granted admission.
  • If any false information is discovered during the screening process—even after a visitor pass has been issued—the admission may be revoked, and the visitor pass rendered invalid.
Registration Procedure
  • Click the “Admission Screening” button below.
  • Follow the instructions on the form and click the “Register” button upon completion.
  • Once your application is approved, please print out the visitor pass and bring it with you to the venue.

Items to Bring

Those who have received admission approval must bring the following two items to the venue :

  • Visitor pass sent after admission approval
    (please print in color on A4 paper and bring it with you)
  • Government-issued photo ID
    (Government employees: ID issued by respective ministries; Civilians: Driver’s license, passport, or My Number card)

※Please note

  • If you forget either of the above items, you may be denied entry.
  • Civilians who do not possess a driver’s license, passport, or My Number card may present both a health insurance card or certificate of residence and a photo employee ID to gain entry.
  • Please ensure you print out your visitor pass and bring it with you on the day of the event.
  • If you registered via smartphone and are unable to print the visitor pass, please use the “Visitor Pass Printing Counter” located at the venue entrance.
At the Venue Entrance
  • Please insert your visitor pass into the designated holder provided at the entrance and wear it around your neck.
